Return the completed form and payment to White Hall City Hall or mail it in to Pageant, PO Box 20429, White Hall, AR 71612 (must be postmarked by the deadline).
The Miss White Hall Pageant is open to White Hall residents from newborn to 25 years old.
The Mrs. White Hall Pageant is open to all Arkansas residents who are 18 years old and above and also married.
Early bird deadline is July 13, 2012 (you'll get $10 off)
Application deadline is July 27, 2012
