Dear Potential Sponsor:

White Hall is celebrating their Annual White Hall Founders Day Fall Festival, and would like to offer you a unique sponsorship opportunity with local impact. The dates for the festival this year are October 23rd & October 24th.

We know that many area companies are customer-centered in their approach to business and often look for opportunities to give back to their community and local charities; it is for this reason I have chosen to reach out to you. We understand your company’s vested interest in the people of White Hall and we know the goodwill shown by local establishments is often met with increased patronage by members of the same communities they help. This creates a win-win situation for everyone involved.

Last year’s Founders Day was the most successful Festival to date, one that attracted a crowd of over 10,000 people. This includes both the daytime local entertainment and the Will Hogue/Tracey Lawrence concert that night. This is an excellent opportunity for you or your company to receive exposure, while supporting the great community of White Hall. As a participant, you will receive Sponsor Benefits according to the Sponsorship Package you choose.
